could you gives us the name of characters you base the OC on to get a better visual like if natsume looks like the kitsune from league of legends or does she look like yasaka?

does this naruto have any kind of connection to the elemental nations like blocked memories of his past life or having chakra or is he just an OC with the name naruto slapped on it?
