I’m bothered by the glossing over of the adoption. There’s no way Emily allowed Christopher to sign over his rights and how did Luke even find Liz and Jimmy? Plus, if Liz is 16, is Luke her guardian? I appreciate the idea of Luke and Lorelai working together to raise Jess and Rory, but it’s a lot.

So many new things happening here: Luke gone for the day, a sad day to remember; Lorelai taking the two kids to the elder Gilmores and ACTUALLY HAVING A GOOD TIME as Emily appears to accept the situation as well as Luke and Jess; Friday night suppers - hope it goes well. So, here is the question: How can anybody REALLY tell if Liz has REALLY cleaned herself up? Time could help, but she was probably pretty good at covering her tracks. On the other hand, she seems to be making an effort / trying here. But she cannot have Jess; she gave him up and Lorelai and Luke have both adopted him. Thanks. More soon please.

Liz has caused quite the dilemma. She is the birth mother who 100% gave up her rights to the baby. Luke and Lorelai acted upon that and are now legally the parents of both Jess and Rory. Liz doesn't seem to change; her attention span is that of a gnat's, and maybe Stars Hollow will be quickly too "dead" for her. Who knows? I am very interested in where you take this bit with Liz. I don't want either of the babies or Luke or Lorelai hurt. We have to own up to our mistakes and make the best of life. Thanks. More soon please.
