![]() ![]() ![]() Yay! And Sweet! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oh no... Loki you've got the wrong idea~ Glad to see Leif and Fjolnir made up so quick. |
![]() ![]() ![]() That was some very cultured storytelling. Actually getting into the fine details of a dance specifically created for mythical norse people. Well done that. Bravo to Darcy for cutting strips out of Fandral. He needs to stop being a disposable butt monkey about his perceptions of Loki. Hope he has the wisdom to accept a mortal's viewpoints or he's in for a tragic fall from grace. Hope Leif and Fjolnir can make up. It's too sad when child friendships can break over opinions that were taught to them. |
![]() ![]() ![]() That was artfully done. Filled with the ups and downs of Thor throwing hammers into ponds to create his own ripples. Like a big dumb oaf. And artfully done how Loki and Thor handled their sides of things. Seems Loki's got a lot of learning to do. He pulled too hard. Shame he didn't think to enchant the brain that controlled the ship and commandeer it for his own purposes. That'd be both pragmatic and devious turning Thanos' fortunes sour. Still this story had such humble and rote beginnings with revelations and exposition spilling out in unnecessary amounts but it's truly burgeoned into something creative and filled with that chaotic energy that the better Marvel movies had. Well done that. You've got Favreau energy. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Great dissemination of family drama. Thor's wisdom grows immensely. Odin's final lessons in fatherhood have fully taken hold and he has crossed the final test, giving his full trust to a son. Simply amazing characterization. |
![]() ![]() ![]() That was about as soft a landing as Odin could manage with Frigga's help. Context delivered in the best way possible to explain Loki's beginnings rather than a movie stuck for time explaining things in the most awful way possible and leaving Loki hurt, wounded, blaming himself by his self for traumatizing Odin into his sleep and leaving him alone with his thoughts. This truly was the best way to out the demons. And it was a much more triumphant story. I love how much this dripped with the authenticity of Norse mythology mixed with originality. I don't read the comics but I imagine you got a lot of lore inspiration from those or maybe even grafted some of it into this? But that's just speculation. Great reading regardless |
![]() ![]() ![]() That was the deep and heavy talk I would expect from Odin after the most difficult revelations came out. I hope Loki is strong enough to bear the truth now. But yeah, that was a very good reason for Odin to hide Hela's existence from Thor. The threat of him repeating her mistakes while drunk on power. Otherwise yeah, good headcannon. I approve. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I love how everything went to hell with Bruce and the Bifrost. That's just the sort of stupid game Loki would wind up regretting. I love the Ragnarok vibes I'm getting from this. Playful but ready to be serious when necessary. |
![]() ![]() ![]() That was a delightful denouement. I love how Loki was willing to spend alone-time with Tony until he got utterly sick of Tony. HA! Flying squirrels... |
![]() ![]() ![]() I love how the first introduction to Thor and butterflies is him messing up his "power-up" with Tony. I had a good laugh at that. I'm more surprised you had Loki have Blonski killed with the Bifrost. Would have been interesting to have him rehab in Asgard. Come to think of it Bruce would benefit from rehab in Asgard while expanding his already prolific mind to the workings of the cosmos. Still it's your story and I can respect that. Blonsky was compromised. He got a taste of power and let it corrupt him. RIP |
![]() ![]() ![]() It's awesome your back and your life is good! Thanks for continuing with your amazing story! |
![]() ![]() This is great, but the curse mention is slightly confusing. I thought that it was specifically harm that be falls Loki as a result of his heritage being discovered, not just harm in general. Is that not the case or is Loki's injury in some way related? |
![]() ![]() ![]() jesus christ that speech from Frigga.. "how could i do anything else?" had me weeping |
