Tense inconsistency, unnecessary exposition, awkward story flow (all you do is explain things rather than writing a story) and grammatical errors.

I have to say that this story started out great and it's end was.. dissapointing at best. I was kinda expecting that MC would in the end find some sort of happiness in this twisted and dark world especially since author literally said in ANs that suring 4th grail war he would get some sort of love interest going on, but ever since mc got sent into apocrypha timeline everything just started going downhill.

What a great Story. I really, really liked it.

I Had to cry so hard in the Charlotte Side Story, it wasnt even funny, but thank you, thank you very mich dir writing this Story. It will always be part of my personal greatest of all time list.

With Samo Haya, the Red Baron and Mad Jack running around, WW2 is really the last chance he'll have to engineer a spot on the Throne of Heroes. And certain Heroes, Arturia and Scathach come to mind, have shown us that don't necessarily have to be 'dead' to be considered a Heroic 'Spirit'.

Though I he's going into the Third Heaven's Feel Ritual, he'll have to be prepared. If can't keep Servant Avenger alive until the Ritual is complete, then Ahriman taints the Wishcraft and he's screwed.

Honestly, this was pretty bad all the way through. It fails on all levels as a story. I could wax lyrical about the evil and pointless MC, the lacking plot, the dearth of meaningful character interactions, the poor writing quality, or the flawed initial premise which set the story up to fail in the first place. However, I'd rather just mention them and be on with my day. I don't want to spend any more time than I already have on this dumpster fire of a (failed) power fantasy.
