Loving this story so far, the plot is interesting and your knowledge of both unoverses and their lore clearly shows through in this story. I have a few ship suggestions as well as one or two ground forces ideas i hope you consider. Most of the vessels i will be reccomending have been rendered by 3D artist Fractal Sponge, they are his work and i am not claiming any credit for them.

While most of the vessels you have included are of republic or alliance design i believe you should also consider some CIS and Imperial designs as well. In particular i noticed some ship classes which have not been included in your fleet composition as of yet and will reccomend several. First of which is the Tyrant Class Missile Cruiser which is a 4.3 kilometer long star destroyer analogue gocusing mainly on missile fire output while being decently well armed in conventional turbolaser platforms as well.

The next ship is the Bellator Class Star Dreadnought. At 7 kilometers long and posessing exceptional speed for a ship of its size this vessel could be used to screen for the Viscounts as well as serve as a flagship for smaller fleets. In the lore of your story it could have been a stopgap design while the Alliance was constructing the Viscounts.

Next, at 2.2 kilometers is the Allegiance Star Destroyer. This ship carries no starfighters and lacks point defense weapons. It is essentially an upsized and better armed ISD and i feel that it would serve as an effective battleship in your fleet. While it would need to be accompanied by a corvette or anti starfighter ship such as the Lancer, i believe it would be a valuable asset.,

Speaking of the Lancer i feel that ship would certainly be effective in an anti starfighter role and considering the prolific use of small fighters by the reapers might be a valuable asset to your fleet as well.

The Consolidator Class Corps Assault Ship is a landing craft and troop transport and at 1,854 meters i believe it would be an effective troop transport for the alliance.

If you were considering adopting other dreadnoughts which is probably not the case, i believe that the Assertor Class SSD at 15 kilometers (with the Fractal Sponge statistics) its superlaser and extensive weapons loadout as well as its better than average point defence weapons system and 5 gravity well generators would serve itself well in your fleet.

Finally maybe consider adding some kind of interdictor ship which the alliance keeps as a trump card.

For ground forces and starfighters i have a few ideas, the inclusion of the AAT tank to work in conjunction with the Sabre tanks is one, their superior firepower and independant turret would complement the TX 130 well i think.

The LAAT platform would serve as an effective dropship here, particularly with the addition of shields and its armament lends itself well to clearing out large areas of enemies in order to drop troops.

The HAV 4, 5, and 6 Juggernaut models would be effective ground transports and quick attack vehicles and the SPHA artillery platform would be a good addition as well. Lastly from the Republic/Empire is the All Terrain Force Reconnaissance Walker which is a well armed stealth walker ideal for commando units.

From the CIS i would consider using Octuptara Tri Droids, BX series Commando Droids, IG 100 Magnaguard Droids, Dwarf Spider Droids, and B3 Ultra Battledroids on the ground. I am unsure of the effect the reapers would have on these droids but because they are mechanical they may be resistant as long as the reapers are unable to hack them.

For CIS air power, consider the Tri Droid Interceptor which is superlatively armed, very small, and incerdibly manuverable. My last reccomendation is to utilize the Droid HMP Dropship to transport them, more well armed and quicker than the LAAT this craft could play an important role in quick response deployments.

While interesting i have 4 things against it :
1 starfighter use proton torpedoes agaisnt ships not other starfighters . For that they use concussion missile .
2 SW shields cant be easily penetrated by kinetic strikes . Imperial era shields protect both against kinetic and turbolaser fire . So batarian shouldnt be able to dent the shields of a sw ship .
3 imperial star destroyer have 3 fatal desiwn flaws : they dont have turrets to cover their back and also they dont have any kind of armament on their belly and their antistarfighter armaments is to weak .
4 to many type of ships and armaments for the galactic alliance . You should choose only on type per class for better wartime production , logistic and training . Your use of various types of armaments doesnt make any type of sense . And for star destroyers , a Palleon class from legends is much better then any of this ships ( if you have the twintails you can also introduce this type of star destroyer )

the way you set that space station up with no one to contact and the patrols as far away as possibly is way too artificial ... they know the council uses relays and yet they dont put ships there ? yeah not happening

Idk if you changed something in your story but Mass Effect shields are kinetic barriers, so the ion cannons wouldn't even be effected by the barriers on the Batarian ships. Unlike Star Wars shielding which protects against both kinetic and energy.
