I love how Rei is overprotective towards his fellow Uzumaki and his reaction are totally understandable and definitely not ooc in my opinion...i mean if this man lost everything and went back in time alone (except for kyuubi(?) iduuno) then yes all his actions are completely reasonable.. honestly he was quite tame against the konoha civilians .. those sheep... anyways I really really absolutely love this! kudos Author3!
