Wow, totally not what I was expecting him to say in a tv interview. Can’t wait to see Kate’s reaction to that last statement and what a conversation with Rick might be like afterwards.

I don't know what to comment on first, so I'll just say that this chapter was one big WOW! after another. The encrypted message in the book was the "something" we knew was coming somewhere in his interview, including the strategic caller, but the very end, the reveal of what that strategy was all about, was a shocker - and brilliant! I can't quite accept that there's only one chapter left, so just let me say that I hope it's a long one. So, so good!

Okay...that's very clever, politically and in the story, and NOT what I expected at all - brilliant.

Ooh a good set up! Castle was definitely prepared for the caller. I hope Beckett can persuade him back to the agency to partner with her.

Castle's in a dark place right now. I hope he doesn't go completely off the edge without Beckett beside him at least.

The bit at Jim's place was good, I liked their interactions. The rest is intriguing!

What an amazing chapter. This whole chapter was one surprise after another. Kate's chat with the Federal Agent and how that went was one. His interview on this show was another. The phone caller talking about the message in the book was a fairly big one. Now at the end Rick has put a price tag on Bracken's head. Can they arrest him for that? I really am not sure. I am most anxious to read the next(final) chapter. I sincerely wish it ends with some hope for a personal relationship between Rick and Kate.
