This chapter made me moist. It is so well written and I love every word of it

Ah darn, I was sorta hoping Hydrolyst would get involved with the surface, what with the sub's torpedo tubes and all for some serious damage. Give the Heroes a reason to fear the (glowing) water, and raise more questions on why Izuku and Umbra seem to be the only ones who can truly hurt it and its smaller drones (plus Onkko/Revenant if they make it to shore). But where there's one, there can be more. And while the Eidolons are plenty of a threat, they aren't the only ones from the Origin System that could pass through. Izuku's already met a Charger, so how about a pack of Infested to really destroy an entire city or seven with their technocyte viral spread of mutation and assimilation? Not like you're shying away from killing characters, with Backdraft and Air Jet already dead, though I thought you had killed Fat Gum too with the whole explosion: I thought that was his body turning into gory confetti, like Umbra had ignited his fat cells or something.

Still had a laugh at poor Selkie getting turned into a fleshy Sharkwing though. Hope Onkko remembered that mortals need to breathe, even ones with seal powers.

Please tell me Izuku gets Umbra in the next chapter.

This is a really enjoyable read man, keep up the good work.

Oh man, lots of death and destruction, traumatized Izuku and a missed chance to get Umbra under control. With Stain's death and the robots coming out of nowhere, this will be going very much off the rails. Izuku isn't going to be well there, hopefully he recovers and grows from this. Iida seems to have gotten a cha get already, though not sure how bad the aftermath will be. Especially with whatever Tomura has planned. Until next time.

Oh lord. The picture you painted! The rain, the drones, Umbra raging against his ancient foe, and Izuku bathed in the void chasing the hero killer. Bravo! I eagerly await the next chapter and I shall night wave in the meantime.
