Reviews for Loop: Zero |

![]() ![]() ![]() Okay, I finally remembered. I'm going to write a proper review now. While reading through the whole thing, I really fucking enjoyed it. Benjamin did everything I wanted to do in the game as a real person and it was very enjoyable and very well written for a fanfiction, it is up there with Portal: Blue Sky and all the good ones. Though there are some moments which I felt didn't fit with the somber vibe of the SCP Foundation, SCP:CB and the fic as a whole those moments are rare and usually over quicker than they start. What I'm saying here is that you shouldn't put over the top comedic scenes in something that wants to take itself seriously. Again, some moments when A/N was overused or just spoiled the plot, which is not what you should do in my opinion and damn dude!1 stop taking me out of me immersion, d00d... stop telling me to take break!1!1! Just kidding, though yeah got annoying after a while. Also the misspelling of 9341 in some chapters confused me on part of the plot. Also, I guess Benjamin Oliver Walker was kind of a male version of a Mary Sue? Sometimes just doing stuff unrealistically (like randomly picking up the hand)? Though he is a time traveler and would probably know to do this stuff, it's still kind of jarring using logic that we haven't seen him yet learn or gain (does that make sense)? Overall, a great story though. 10/10, I read through it like 3 times, amazing, will always be amazing. PLEASE do more of these if you want. :))))))))) |
![]() ![]() ![]() This is peak. This is the best shit I have ever fucking read. Good job, I love you. I will always love you. You've given me the best continuation to the underrated gem of a game that is SCP:CB. |
![]() ![]() ![]() That was one hell of a read. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Loved it. Good endings are my forte. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Tried to find out what SCP that duck was but there are just too many damn rubber ducks. Water displacer, soap ducky with a phobia for humans, ghost ducky, saxaphone ducky, flamingo ducky, etc... |
![]() ![]() ![]() To all the people's that commented on the fact that sunshine is depicted as an exaggeration, try to be put in that situation, you are just a researcher, and, in the blink of an eye everything go to shit and you find yourself in a facility of things trying to kill you. Already a normal peep would panic, but add to that chronic anxiety and you would get a person that you can't simply slap to get them snap out of it, it's hollywood bullcrap. In a situation like that nearby person should gave comfort to the person afflicted by anxiety and we see this in this fanfic. Secondly, Oliver slapping Ugrin is completely justified, he is experiencing what we can tell to be a LITERAL existencial crisis, so, he need to be snapped out of it before he start to go down a rabbit hole of thoughts, and, in contrast to Sunshine, he doesn't have any chronicle problem would led to more problems if he got slapped. To put it simply, people, life is not like Hollywood, you can't slap a person with anxiety, but, tha doesn't mean that's it's not a last measure resource to avoid a greater problem. |
![]() ![]() And I was very confused by the peanut end |
![]() ![]() Good ending, though I hope that Oliver will try to sabotag chaos from inside at least. |
![]() ![]() I love Ulgrin, great character and I was going to say I hope you don't kill him... but now he gets to be our time bro so yay |
![]() ![]() "I thought I heard something behind me, but it was probably my paranoia. Maybe if I satisfy it, it will go away?" This is some stupid shit and you should feel bad for writing it. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I enjoyed this a lot, but the final chapter was so full of formatting errors that I honestly couldn't follow it half the time. It's weird, because none of the previous chapters had anything close to as many errors. |
