I wasnt sure i could read this but im glad i did. Honestly one of the most gut wrenching fics ive ever read. The moment he walked into the room and saw Hermione and Rose, i gasped. “Safe” that scene, my heart broke, i sobbed along with them. I was just starting to stop crying when it was “she had Arthurs” and i broke again. Theres something so powerful about taking something they tainted and clensing it, that paragraph perfectly encaptured that feeling. I can tell there will be so much more to happen thats going to make me cry, but i cant stop reading. Thank you for this wonderfully written fic.

WHEW this was a monster of a story. I swear I’ve been here since its inception. It feels so long ago that there were only like 3 chapters and nothing else. I’m glad you were able to finish it and conclude the story in such a satisfying way.

And yet Ron's tragedy is played out every day, sadly enough. What Snape did was appropriate, and his desire to find out who it was certainly understandable.

Yay for Rose! Kingsley can tell right away that Snape is in no way abusive; a toddler won't harass Daddy unless she thinks it's safe.
