In some ways I liked your take on Kyouko more than Corisanna's take. I think Kyouko might have calmed down about the Mami hate though.

Good ideas presented here too. I've thought that one thing Homura and the others should do potentially is give Homura's friends (Madoka and her family especially) the chance to visit Soul Society just so they can't be targeted by the Incubator. Would make it easier for Urahara and Homura to focus on research - Kyouko and Mami couldn't come due to lack of Grief Seeds but they could always work with Homura and Homura back on Earth to figure out certain questions.
