Speedforce is arguably even more OP than Kryptonians, pairing the two together makes an entity that cannot feasibly be defeated without some serious BS plot device. There can not be any logical conflict here that he can't resolve instantaneously - from the perspective of anyone else. |

He is either massively incompetent with his powers or is just a dick. |
