Aaand the dumb "direct descendant of school founders" trope is strike three for Stupid Things That Make A Story Not Worth It.

So, obviously this is a younger sister, but you make it extremely unclear just how much younger, how wide the age gap is. Is she three years below? Two? Four? It can't be more than that since Lucius is still at Hogwarts, and Lily and Severus haven't had their falling out yet.

Aside from that, it's always very obnoxious when an author includes a full Hat Song, really detracts from the flow of the story when there's a big chunk of text like that that most readers will just skip. Similarly, very annoying when someone brings up the utterly stupid "Merlin was a Slytherin" thing, since even if Merlin existed in the same timeline as Harry Potter, there's no possible chance that he went to Hogwarts. Why? Hogwarts was established around 1000 AD. Legends of Merlin and Arthur and such are from around 500 AD at the latest, still a multi-century gap pre-dating the school.

I hope one day this gets finished, what is done is a unique spin on Harry getting some family back, that I very much enjoyed. Mairin was a delight to read about as a different take on being a Potter.

Oaths like that are fanon. If proving truth was that easy, no one would have ever invented veritaserum, there would simply be no need for it whatsoever.

Also, on the subject of Dumbledore-bashing, you missed a trick. Albus’s sister Ariana and his brother Aberforth both have three names, not five. So consider this: in a world where magically-binding oaths are a thing that exists, what happens if you swear one with a name that isn’t yours? If Albus were actually named Albus Wulfric Dumbledore, but he said Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore when swearing an oath, there is a high probability the oath wouldn’t be binding upon him.
