Revamped my thoughts.
I will temper all my praises a bit, while having shower thoughts I came across two things that would be considered issues of idea and plot and not your ability to convey them before the rewrite.

1 - forgive me if I'm wrong for I admit I started skimming the last few so chapters, the interactions with Ron and Harry and the damn dreamscape were just uhgh to me. You probably got that from my previous review. But I don't believe how Ron ever learned that curse was addressed.

2 - Hermione should both be piping f****** hot! Draco if illustrations of him were correct would have an egg shaped head, heavily lidded eyes like Bellatrix, weak pointy chin and that look of inbred european royalty like George 5th or Hapsburgs. Narcissia and Lucius are fourth cousins if Rowling is correct in her notes (she switched from third to fourth from that first website)?
Draco also has the gall to say that he loves her and she should be with him and not Ron and she doesn't know what she's talking about, there was no romance not really before.
We had the bird scene, them holding hands in frightening scenes, him calling out her name in hospital wing, jealous bitching back and forth at Yule ball, multiple rows over Crookshanks etc. In Britain that counts as foreplay!
The sheer pretension of Draco in her eyes to kill someone who maybe she's not willing to admit she may like at that point but she cares very much for and then say that he doesn't despise her and he did it for her. She might understand on a higher level that he didn't know but at the same time I don't think she should care, again.
Neither of them should are that rational about something like this. You've made these two fools so sappy and lovesick (blaarrgh!), I refuse to believe they would lash out at him. Even if they might know the reasons why "objectively" they "shouldn't" necessarily blame him. Which itself is debatable. Ron is a prat and behaves like a fool at times but he is a noble soul that would die for Hermione, Hermione, Ginny and probably other family and friends. Draco would run away.

And in previous retrospect, her thoughts, at least this is inconsistent with canon, Hermione is being a hypocrite. Literally what hermione said, "it's okay that I did that to my parents since they didn't find out" wtf? Only thing in question is will you let Hermione get away with it like Rowling did? But then wizards do that to muggles all the time. Understandably I suppose. The girl was in practical tears when she did it. To protect them. But even so this is off.
Rewrite this properly and quit illogical bashing of characters and stop grandising those who have committed murderous acts with out unambiguous path to redemption.

I'd hope you don't let the obliviate go, that needs to come back and be relevant. I'm kinda expecting continued use of it every time they enter a situation he feels it needed. But she also is ever more aware of it, small details Draco doesn't know to conceal and the like. I'm torn on how I'd want her to react. Idk I'm hoping she's understanding, but I'd be furious even if I understood the reason. Then again, again she has done it herself so she might not see it as such a no-no.
Also POVs seem off when you switch grammatical tenses.
