Is it canon that Yamada is not a parahuman?

What is the PRT goal here? As usual they just seem to want to poke the thing with a stick until it lashes out in annoyance so they can say "See, we said she was dangerous!" Is this all to cover up SS?
Also, sometimes you forget the italics and it looks like Taylor is talking out loud to the person in her head. Which is amusing.

where the fuck is her lawyer! They are holding a girl without permission from and knowledge given to her guardian! you can argue reasonable suspicion only loosely but this still breaks soooo many laws!

I am gonna ignore this for now, but you should know this is a MAJOR turnoff. you might want to correct this later.

This is amazing. Lots of grammar and spelling errors, but it's nothing compared to the sheer quality of the entire story.
