Rereading this again. Love the idea of Chisekai (pre-becoming a psycho) and Garou teaming up. Then you have the Meta Liberation Army and the League of Villains as possible opposers. I'm just hoping Garou's alliance keeps and we don't see an eventual fight and falling out happen.

Oops didn't finish the review from last chapter. Liked the whole "building Midoriya" up thing you finished with but the beginning I thought could have done with a change like I mentioned.

Rereading this work. Definitely would have been better and funnier if you had the negotiation take place because the SWAT were holding his shopping hostage. You had him stand down because he didn't want "everyone" coming after him but it's literally in his nature to want to keep fighting and fight stronger people so didn't really make sense for him to stop because of that reason.

Power that can be nurtured through effort is great.
