My only question is why the heck would the Komodo-Dragon tank need a useless loader. They have freakin autoloaders much better than some manned loader. Commander is a bit confusing since all UNSC tank crew have neural interference which makes the commander position redundant.

Secondary earth made by precursors for additional experimentation. Later repopulated by human seeded clones by forerunners as a backup, However were not given the genetic marker to be identified as reclaimer do to time restrictions because flood and halo rings. But yeah like where this is going.

As for an explanation for two humanities, you could say that the forerunners built another SOL system and planted humanity twice to give them better odds of surviving to claim the mantle?
Or you could say that SA humanity is the result of Ancient humanity sending their own seedship to some far off corner of the galaxy in a last ditch effort to preserve the human race from the advancing Forerunners. Could also use that to explain SA humanity not being labeled reclaimers if you want to go that route.

For the SA, personally I dont think you should include them. just make Anderson a UNSC ship caption, Hackett in charge of a fleet and Shepard an ODST. But because you want to, there are 2 easy choices for there being a second copy of Sol.

Where to begin...

First things first, reorganizing the UEG into the UHF is not a hard fix. In fact, it isn’t one at all. The UEG already has a Senate; the issue of representation was never the cause of the Insurrection. The problem was the perceived resource exploitation of the Outer Colonies by the Inners. Altogether not too dissimilar to the problem between Britain and its New World colonies.

Economic, manufacturing/industrial, and cultural power were concentrated in the core worlds, which made sense as they were both heavily populated and highly industrialized. The UEG has to manage the government of an interstellar empire with no high-speed communications and travel times that could take months for even the swiftest vessels. Again, Britain and her colonies in the Age of Sail, where travel between Europe and America took months.

From everything available in the source material, we can see that the primary resentment from the Outer Colonies was the imposition of taxes. Revenue used to fund an ‘oppressive’ CMA and CAA, which they saw no tangible benefit-humanity was alone in the stars and the pirates of the time were both human and likely kin of the citizens of the nearby colonies. This combined with a generally independent disposition which didn’t want to be beholden to UEG laws.

Not to mention that we have significant inferences that the UEG government was being effectively administered by ONI. If you want to curb ONI’s power, creating a more fractious government organization is the exact opposite of a good idea.

Secondly, what happened to Serin Osman? She should have been a Captain by this point, and the personal protégé of Admiral- not Vice Admiral- Parangosky.

Regarding Vessels:

Gobi-class? Is this a replacement for the Winter-class prowler, or a replacement? Keep in mind that ONI has already shown that it can build up to cruiser sized stealth vessels. The problem is the cost of manufacturing and maintenance to keep the stealth features functioning properly. Smaller vessels are better when building stealth ships.

You have mixed up the names of some of the UNSC’s post-war vessels. There is already a Poseidon-class carrier and a Vindication-class light battleship. You seem to be reusing these vessels’ designations. Similarly, where are the Anlace-class and Strident-class frigates?

What is the function of a dreadnought in the context of Halo? The UNSC already has ships of a similar functionality, the Infinity-class and Punic-class being excellent examples. If it is merely a larger version of a cruiser, would not the Navy be better off spending its resources on more cruisers, or another Infinity-class, for the same cost?

Lastly...

So, after the innumerable discussions on the subject in fanfics and from ME fans, you have the UNSC trusting an alien (relatively) space station as their supreme military headquarters. Not only that, but they also decided to make it the headquarters of another species as well, ensuring that any sabotage or attack could cripple both command hierarchies simultaneously.

Not only that, but the military has moved its entire command apparatus to a space station, without integrated infrastructure, which is completely dependent on supply lines from other locations-which can be tracked- and are light years from the governing body which it just ceded administrative authority to. Which now means that the leadership must confer across superluminal communications-which can be jammed- for actions. And which now houses vast stores of strategic intelligence and ship-building facilities as well, effectively making it target number one for anyone who wants to attack either parties.

I can’t even.

Mmm you could make it so The humans from The UNSC are The descendants of The ancient human empire while The SA are The decendants of The ancient humans who decided to run and hide, and they abandoned all of The ancient humanity and were seen as scum so when The forruners fire The halo they did it so The best and bravest of ancient humanity grow in erde-tyrene (with the forruner geas and be the reclaimers):and the scum of ancient humanity were sent to a copy that they created (whitouth a geas so they are not reclaimers) this will make sense because while The SA is rather submisive The UNSC is not even one bit and are not willing to comply with an alíen goverments demands and while The SA is a xeno-lover faction if a human of The UNSC even tougth about an alíen it that way they will be scorned and probably killed because HUMANITY FUCK YEAAAHHH!

They only need ammo and repairs ,also AI are The ones to prepare and do The slipspace jump even weapons shields everything on the ship ,The crew is there in case they lost theire AI,and The citadel outsmarting The unsc navy The same ones that got hyper-advance AI, ? Who are willing to destroy planets using novas ,while they dont even got The guts to do orbital bombarment ?
