![]() ![]() ![]() Tear Dumbledore a new asshole! He is a child abusing thief! |
![]() ![]() Ok. I am very nervous about something horrible happening to his aunt. Please don't do that. |
![]() ![]() ![]() good book |
![]() ![]() ![]() Umm im a little bit confused. When did Harry and Hermione get close enouvhtothe Weasley's to justify Arthur to ask why they never told him anything about how wrong or misinformed he was in regards to the Muggle word. I thought since they were not close with Ron they were not close to any of them. Afterall, they have yet to visit the Burrow, as they declined the 1st visit the summer before 2nd year. But other than this little bit of confusion, which could be on my part only, I really enjoy what you did with plot. |
![]() ![]() Despite what she says at time I'm fairly sure divination is not entirely about an inner eye and for seers. Like the tea leaves and such wouldn't need such a thing. I think Scrying would be the same. |
![]() ![]() I'm wondering what happened at the trial. Id imagine the will copies came up saying he wasn't secret keeper. That Dumbledore KNEW yet signed on to kicking him to prison without a trial. Sealed the will with evidence and the names of other magical care takers before stealing magical guardianship for himself. Even if they left out the following thefts. Yet there's no sign of any of it. Heck there's no sign Sirius is even aware that Dumbledore did any of that. Including putting him into the jail and hiding he knew the truth. |
![]() ![]() Somehow Voldy didn't have Quirrel check for a simple alarm on the first door or trap door. |
![]() ![]() Oh yes. Check on the holidays. He's only been rotting there for a decade. No rush... |
![]() ![]() Ah. Another story that doesn't have Tracey by Daphnes side. |
![]() ![]() Accidentally hit to send before I was done. There's also Harry caring for Hermione as much as he does. Yet somehow a rumbling tummy kept him from seeking out Hermione whod skipped multiple classes crying her eyes out. I find it doubtful for him to NOT have run after her in the first place with the relationship that's been built up over the roughly two years. For him to blow her off even after hearing where she's been because he was a bit hungry was utter bullshit. Basically just forcing a Canon repeat with the Troll event when not necessary. |
![]() ![]() ![]() This is the first time I've found an issue. Its been great so far. Dumbledore reading his mind. If he knowingly hit shields then he wouldn't push harder like that. He should be worried he was caught. Pushing harder would guarantee it and cause Harry to be justifiably pissed off at him. Which he understandably wouldn't want. It would be different if his shields were barely there as a beginner and he believed he had the skill to go around or through them subtly. Thats very much not the case though. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I rather like this story, the Dursleys being less one dimensional is interesting. There are a couple personal peeves that are rubbing me the wrong way. Harry and Hermione’s relationship feels odd, one comment about someone they have both previously agreed they found annoying sending her in tears is illogical and Hermione is anything but illogical. Secondly, the wandless magic, it has been made so easily attainable that it should be common among the populace. Further why are they needlessly displaying their wandless capabilities? Harry knows Dumbledore is not to be trusted but reveals his skills needlessly. The fading made sense since it was life or death but the threading of students using wandless magic felt pointless since he could have that just as easily with a wand… |
![]() ![]() ![]() A very interesting read. I very much enjoyed the alternatives you offered. I particularly like the death eaters deaths and the course revisions. |
![]() ![]() ![]() The hings in there belong to him as Presumptive Lord Slytherin |
![]() ![]() ![]() All of this is the best news! And Snape too, what a shame! NOT! |
