Another world? Eh... Seems legit. Though I do wonder how Rena would react to meeting Noctis, in a general sense anyway they're both people who got screwed over by prophecies they wanted nothing to do with and it would be interesting, and knowing you... Person... Ms/Mr... You would make it work.

I will say that one thing i believe would really help this story is more dialogue and reactions to certain events. The reaction to Rena coming through the portal for example just seemed...skipped?

Aw... you should do a flashback chapter to show EXACTLY what happened when Sephiroth was accidentally dragged to the Harry Potter universe instead of Serena. How did Hermione and the others TRY treating him when he first arrived, thinking that they could make the MALE 'past life' version of their missing FEMALE savior do what THEY wanted involving Voldemort like they SERIOUSLY thought tbat the 'past life' version of their saviot would feel inclined to fight THEIR war for people he DOESN'T know and DOESN'T care about since IF he was Serenas past life self, he had no reason to fight people he doesn't know and NEVER knew in his post-Serena life. *lol* and how close did he come to KILLING all of them by the time Serena and the others finally showed up?

The wizards are SOOOOOO Screwed. A pregnant Rena will be a sight to behold.

So much happening! I wonder which world they will end up in... One Piece? That would certainly drown a fish in the sea ;)
