While there ARE some minor inconsistencies in this story (Hermione has an owl and then she doesn't and she didn't have a cat then she did and then she bought a cat...), this is a really good story and I'm so glad you posted it.

This is a great story. I hope you add another chapter to it.

To be honest this is the first chapter I don't like. The reason is that there has been too much emphasis on what amounts to the parceltongue anti rape spell and Harry requesting it for hermione.

The fact she hasn't had it already, and that nothing came of it before this attempt, makes me feel like half the story is just random gibberish and any plans made will only be implemented after a suitable drama occurs.

Simply put. This chapter ended up killing my interest in the story because it made me feel like anything you mentioned in it, which is the majority of the story, is not going to happen unless drama forces you to do it. Turning it into an overly predictable tale that likes to harp on for chapters on end as a prelude to the exact drama they plan to prevent that will come.

Don't get me wrong, the story is well written and an engaging read. It just really hammers home there has been no actual progression if none of the endless plans taking such large chapters each time have actually been implemented.
