Writing something like this story must be the most difficult and exhausting endeavors someone could undertake. I am so appreciative of your effort, the quality of the work, and the development of the characters. Whether the story is ever completed I want you to know how much I enjoyed it.

I have learned from other Fanfic authors how real life interferes with their writing. In other cases it may be illness or something even more tragic that prevents completion of a work. I hope that you have not fallen to any such problem.

I really love your story so far! I still would like to see the Dursley’s get their comeuppance. I think he needs a pet, another pet. I’d love to see him have one of the basilisks babies and another pet something surprising. I still think somethings up with that phoenix of Dumbledore‘s. And somebody needs to put that one in his place! Is there any way to make a truce between Harry and Draco or some of the others lives of Slytherin‘s?

I know it has been three years since you have updated, but this story is utterly fantastic. What horrible things will happen to Snape and Dumbledore? Will Draco and the rest of the Malfoys get their comeuppance?

Unfortunately you get this one thing wrong consistently... Katie Bell is NOT in the year of the Twins, Angelina and Alicia, when Philosopher's Stone starts Harry etc are 11, Percy is 15, Wood 14, the twins and the A-girls are 13 and Katie is 12. Remember how in Halfblood prince one of the attacks Draco starts on Dumbledore is the necklace that curses Katie, she couldn't be at Hogwarts in Harry's sixth year if she were in the class of the Twins that graduated a year earlier.

It changes not too much, the twins still can like her enough for one to date her, they were on the same quidditch team for 5 years now after all, but they cannot go to the same classes or take the same tests as they are not year mates.

Other than that i really love the story. Dobby's mannerisms, your OCs, all is close to perfect. Ninja is a running joke that is a bit past its prime though.

I wish the "deceit" would have been pointed out better, either with Harry noticing what Dobby did or Dobby confessing it before Harry needed to take the third bond (Ninja) or received the Hogwarts elves loyalty, that it fell a bit behind the scenes and was just quietly assumed without ever being mentioned outright makes the title quite a disappointment. But in the grand scheme of things leaving that out and focussing on other things to strengthen the closer relationship they develop into it's not too important.

And maybe... just maybe you bit off a bit more in terms of topics to put into the story than you can handle. SO many threads of the story are barely brought up, seem to not develop at all, have completely been forgotten while others go on and on and on. As the chapters seem to be pretty equal and this was 13 of 21 that had been published when i began to read, it should be about 55-60% of the total writing published as of now and Harry and Hermione haven't even begun to work on the potions they plan to brew since the year started. And a lot of other Hogwarts things are pushed a bit away by the Newspaper (Herald works, it's an established name of quite some renowned papers after all, but a more magical name, maybe even "Howler" would have been more in line with the idea of the magical universe) getting so much attention right now.
I don't think you even mentioned one Arithmancy or Runes class after the very first.
You risk that your readers did not even remember the thread you intend to take up later anymore when you finally get to taking it up and continue on that part of the story. Or even yourself not really being quite aware of what was written about the events before. I doubt you read up 340k words every time you begin to write some more.

Is this a cross over or was Rodney McKay just Easter egg?
