Reviews for Another Form Of Power |

![]() ![]() ![]() This chapter showed how things progressed in the USJ and how badly they ended compared to the original canon story. Mineta hasn’t been one my favourite characters and I felt really sorry for him and knowing that he will have to go on the rest his life as a cripple. This colossal disaster has opened Izuku’s eyes and most likely given him new found awareness of how the world is compared to reality. |
![]() ![]() ![]() This chapter had quite a lot crammed into one, most of Izuku’s classmates were dismissive of his disappearance or simply didn’t care especially Bakugou. Inko trying to find a lead on her missing son is heartbreaking because she was constantly apologising for him because she’s always felt terrible for not giving him a quirk. Now that he’s gone she’s carrying more misery than she had to begin with, but this shows that she would always always love her son. Now that Izuku has been aged up it would make for an interesting twist what an aged up child can accomplish. |
![]() ![]() ![]() This is one of my all-time favourite fanfics, read it several times but I’m taking the time to review them individually, The opening of the story is similar to the ending of the first episode and Izuku’s disappointing first encounter with All Might. Now we all know the story in canon, but Many stories and fanfics often retell what might have been & what may have gone differently. This is an incredibly engaging story that shows that even if heroes are on the side of the law, they must still obey the law and even more so the government that oversees their activities and authorise the power they are granted. With this chapter Izuku takes his first steps and although it is in the hands of a villain the future he aims for is one for a better tomorrow. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I just glanced the chapter number, and literally froze, as I realized that there are eghteen chapters still... Damn. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oh my gad, that is the greatest confrontation of the two that I have ever read! There is nothing that will ever top it! |
![]() ![]() ![]() ... THIS MAN DESERVES AN OSCAR! HE DESERVES ALL OF THEM! HE JUST-! He just-! He... (sniffles) Now look! You made me cry! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I usually hate stories centered around politics, because they tend to be boring, but this one is amazing! I am giddy with anticipation! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oooooooooooooo |
![]() ![]() this... was the best prologue ive read so far, hands down. |
![]() ![]() ![]() A truly captivating story. I read it in two sittings. Thanks for writing it. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I wanted to say that i really loved reading your story, it was very interesting and oddly satisfaying to immerse myself into it. The plot itself was great and finely written and I feel grateful that i got the opportunity to read such a fine story. |
![]() ![]() Easily one of the best stories I've ever read. Real villains are scary like the Izuku you crafted, filled with realistic ideals that fall into the realm of grey and with a hyperfocused attitude to accomplish those ideals at any cost. Thanks for sharing this gift with the world. Hope you have a wonderful day! |
![]() ![]() ![]() This was really good. Like REALLY good. I like reading stories where the MC always wins. They’re the MC, why wouldn’t they always win? Character development? Fuck that! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I don’t think Captain Shirei is on Imoku’s payroll. I think that he’s seasoned enough to know when it’s in everyone’s best interest to not stir the hornet’s nest. |
![]() ![]() Is good have low expectations in every story you found in this site, and also because in few times, you can found a gem like this story, nothing to say, is perfect since the begining until the end. Not a stupid fic of a cliche villian or crazy izuku or whatever people can think, the hero society is done and izuku rule japan in a subly way. No need exagerated fights or overpowered character, just good ideas and good write. If afo reign with fear, izuku reign with brain. Thank you for giving us the best mha fanfic i ever read. |
