i simply hate katsuki bakugo really and i dont like what he is doing with katsuki and all might . and dont like why he has magic if you are giving everyone magic it ruins the story and the power system in it

I'm currently reading your story and the only criticism I have, is the fact that your paragraphs are getting absolutely HUGE. I'm not talking about the chapters, I'm specifically talking about the paragraphs.

Personally, I would advise on having anywhere from four to six lines per paragraphs at the longest, with six being the upper limit. In my own stories, I aim for four lines, but if my last sentence is a bit longer, I allow for a fifth. But how you use it, is up to you of course.

Eh, Katsuki's quirk, explosions, work better at a mid-close distance. If you forgot, he SWEATS something explosive. Meaning, that yes, he is better like a minigun, he would only speed up his attacks from the heat of his explosions, and, they would get stronger. Though, he would need to stay hydrated xd. Also, Katsuki learning martial arts? Funny, seeing that canon one just, apparently said "Fuck you, I don't need those. My reaction speed is good enough, and my way of using MY OWN explosions - suits me". USJ - he literally grabbed an invisible villian, not even struggling with him. His fight against Izuku at the first training - he literally went against someone, who LEARNT HIS STYLE, and still adjusted properly.

Katsuki literally felt himself inferior and superior to Izuku.
Dude literally made Izuku develop a habit of jumping out of his way, even though he NEVER TOUCHED him during those 10 months. And those habits don't appear over night, otherwise, it would have ceased to exist. It's a habit, that was living for longer, than those 10 months. I would even say, it was living for, at least, 20 months (10 months of torment, that were nullified by 10 months of peace between them AND the first/second season? Maybe till the 4th).
Yes, Horikoshi stated, that suicide baiting from Katsuki was not his canonic self (or, so was I told). But, Izuku still thought of "What would you do, if I did that, huh? You can't just say that to people". He never did say anything about Izuku's thinking in this context (Or, I was never told). Katsuki was not behavinh himself canonic-wise? Yeah. Izuku? Unknown. Though, Izuku's thinking is also, more or less, fine, as he never went to the thoughts about his mother or other people, that might have been affected by this.

About Izuku not training himself:
1. He is not rich, like batman. He can't afford the best martial arts, weights, trainers and such, as his "quirkless" status would also lessen up the chance of it happening. It's a miracle, that MHA still has martial arts, if we look at Ojiro and Kendo, who got those classes to, probably, compensate their quirks. Along with not being able to produce stuff, like Hatsume.
2. Batman was all about (in my opinion) the fact, that he is an emo, that wants to prevent other emo's from appearing, beat crime and make his city more stable. Along with the fact, that there were no heroes in his city (probably). But, MHA has those everywhere, so, kinda no point for someone like him to appear. Though, there is knuckleduster? Or, whatever he is called in MHA Vigilantes.
3. About just physical training. You can compare this situation with Asta, actually. Asta had his efforts recognized (did persuade a drunken man to go away, leaving Yuno alone, with his gem) AND got a rival out of it (Yuno). But, Izuku never got those. Izuku tried to help Katsuki - he distanced himself from him and started to bully him. Tried to protect another child from Katsuki - child got away, yes, but Izuku was the one, who got a beating, probably not recognizing the fact, that he did help, somewhat. Asta had his efforts recognized - Izuku couldn't. Asta got a friend/rival, Izuku - tormentor/traitor. I have, also, made a comparison - Izuku as a C.C. Afton, Katsuki - as the foxy child, Mike. Though, I don't think, that this is a good comparison. Though, Izuku also stated, that Katsuki represents the "Win" in his eyes. Someone, who is always winning, just like All might. And aldera Izuku, with his low self-esteem, probably would never think about something so absurb, as "I will become stronger/keep up with Katsuki. I will be like All might!". Izuku just couldn't think of himself like that. That's why he asked that question to all might "Can I be a hero like you? I always thought, that saving people is the coolest thing ever!". Or, whatever there was. He didn't even ask about "As strong" or anything like that. Just that, could he be like All might, who is always smiling, just to save people? And, he even did mention to all might "My peers just laugh at my dream" or whatever it was in this monologue of his, before he asked the question

Dang, am I sad this story seems dropped. No shame of course, life is a thing that happens. I just really like the idea of quirks being mutations from actual magic which could be learned independently.

That is kinda messed up because wasn't he trying to find away to see through illusion barrier. Even when he id not an asshole he still is Izuku goes out of his way to help him and share information even teaching him spells while bakugou holds back information that his friend was specifically looking for for the sake of competition.
