I think in the last chapter you made Charles do something that's too reckless. There're many strong magical groups and unknown magical artifacts around the world that can easily attacks not only him but also his people. And he wouldn't be able to protect everyone. But that's just my thought. You're definitely the much better writer here so I'll just await the next chapter.

The one thing I'm jealous of is how effortlessly Charles seems to name things. Jinx and Hermes are such cool names.
