All eyes are on Charles now, winning a Junior Wizard Dueling Tournament before his 2nd year in Hogswarts. It rather interesting to read how Charles fame will come to him. Most likely, Oswald research will leak out by some Pureblood families to discredit the idea of a Muggleborn being so competent with Magic and call Charles a Mixed-Breed abomination. I have to admit, that it was interesting to read how Charles or the Doctor took control over London...I love a bit of "The Godfather" theme and Mafia Movie elements you used as well! It rather interesting to read Charles skill, (Intuition)! That skill gave me some "Kengan Ashura" Vibes. I have to admit, most of the Ancient Family Lords or Wizard Travelers might have picked up Dragon's Clan signature (True Martial Arts) Skill...Most likely the Three Clans will hear about a Foreigner child accomplishment and be unhappy with that.

Professor Flitwick:

...I do like his POV, because I kind of like the world building of Charles Bell being a descendant of the Phoenix Clan experimentation on Children with Alchemy. Most likely, that is what Flitwick will come up with that revelation and Charles will go with that logical excuse, because it easy for Charles to have explanation of his unique Physical Skills. Though, I bet Professor Flitwick will be looking at Oswald closely if Charles bloodline being a Magical Chimera type creature would be great.

Oswald:

Oh, yes! We are getting Mad Magical Scientist vibes from this man and I love it! I just wonder how long it will be until Oswald needs more...samples of Charles DNA. Bone marrow? Muscle Tissues? Organ samples? This guy will probably try to recreate beings similar to Charles Bell and wonder if he can take Wizard Society into the next step of Evolution!

Nicholas Greengrass:

I have to admit, he was not giving more obstacle/villain vibes at all. He just seems like Pureblood Wizard who trying to consolidate his power. Probably probing Daphne for weakness and her potential affections...Now? Most likely Charles Bell will become a household name in the Wizard Society. Still, I do wonder how Nicholas will feel about Charles somehow capable of using (True Martial Arts) Skill that the Dragon's Clan or Three Clans guarded so carefully...

Daphne Greengrass:

She got Charles Bell to get more fame in the Wizard World and made a small profit on Gambling on in Charles Bell to win. Nicholas does not cause for Daphne to pause in fearful...until Charles Bell actually used (True Martial Arts) skill and Nicholas observant eye picked up on that...Hmm...Charles Bell might be meeting with the Greengrass Family soon enough for unexpected meeting.

The Doctor:

I do like how ruthless he was, Charles Bell persona. It really gave the doom and gloom vibe. No prisoners and basically showing that this small time Crime Boss is hungry for the MAJOR Leagues. He killed or comatose family in Wizard World. I kind of wonder if Charles Bell will get the Greengrass Family to meet with the 'good' Doctor in the future or reveal himself as the Doctor. It interesting to read man!

Questions

1) Should we expect Oswald to use Charles Bell DNA as blue prints to build his own Humanoid Chimera's?

2) Are the Greengrass Family going to invite Charles Bell to their Manor before Summers end to discuss his use of (True Martial Arts) Skill and see if they can manipulate Charles as pawn/piece to flex House Greengrass power?

3) Will a Pureblood Family with ties with the Ministry try to expose Charles Bell bloodline to diminish 2nd year Muggleborn(blood) accomplishment in the Junior Wizard Duelist Competition and give Charles Bell a label of Freak of Nature or Experiment one because of its Magical Creature bloodline?

Suggestions

1) Before Oswald tries to abduct Charles Bell, I can see this man abducting Muggles. Probably move up from Muggles to Squibs to Werewolves and finally Wizards/Witches that would not be missed from their Society. It rather interesting to read Oswald go down a path of Mad Scientist/Alchemy to creature a NEW race of Magical Creatures that would be the next step in Wizard/Witch evolution. When he starts to have more failures, then Oswald will try to abduct Charles Bell.

2) That going to happen. A Muggleborn reading their tomes is one thing, but to actually accomplish a practical application of the Tomes written materials? Most likely, Nicholas or the Greengrass Family will try to get Charles Bell to work under them. It not uncommon for Ancient Families to have vassals or agents that represents them. I figure Charles Bell would be under the Thumb/Banner of House Greengrass. To show off they have powerful Muggleborn, but this Muggleborn serves a Pureblood House as Ancient and Noble as the Greengrass Family.

3) This is just Pureblood propaganda, but I could read that happening. Would any Pureblood Wizards or Families be happy with a Muggleborn beating other Pureblood and Half-blood Wizards? They would think Charles Bell as upstart and try to discredit him. Shame him. Make Charles Bell out to be a freak and less like a genius Wizard that would undermine their Values that Muggleborns are lesser/weaker than there betters...the Purebloods. Oswald would NOT hand out this information, but I could see Oswalds files/notes on Charles Bell bloodline being broken into and stolen to make its way to the Daily Prophet or Rita Skeeter.

The dark arts dungeon, would have cursed objects, werewolves, trolls, and basically any of the animals, plants or things that are studied in defence against the dark arts.

I would love to see a dungeon progressively increasing in difficulty.

Multiple layered swamp where the bearer has to swim, climb, and crawl through a swamp made of different potions and potion ingredients. The reward for the swamp is the perfected good version of a potion. You have to find the good version out of all the bad ones to get through the dungeon.
Even include ‘neville Longbottom’ versions of potions

For example, having to swim through mawclaw venom (gives the user very very bad luck) and have things like poisons and other such things in the environment. The way to the next level would be finding the luck potion liquid.

Maybe make one of the last ones filled with basilisk venom, but have a custom potion that permanently increases something.

I think this would be a cool way for him to dungeon dive, have it relate to potions, and provide him potions in the future when he decided to try and grind it.

Ahh yes where it all goes down hill, how does be8ng the strongest include an army, i can already see where this is going countless chapters of troop management and training, a party system that gives out free power cause why not the mc becoming more of a side charecter as it focuses more on others a constant peerage following him around like lost children on whatever adventure he sets out on three fourths of every chapter describing him with an emperor com0lex by having him order around people
