REALLY good story. Just from the Prequels and managing to get only about halfway through KOTOR 1, I have to say that the Jedi of The Old Republic were pretty much as bad as the Sith and needed Order 66 to happen. I believe Grey Jedi are the true way in that one 'side' is tempered with the other. The Jedi of The Old Republic were basically the extreme of the Light Side while the Sith were the extreme of the Dark Side. Not all light is good and not all darkness is bad.

This story has what I want out of a Revan at the height of his power. You give the impression that he is a true student of the force, impossibly talented and powerful, and has sought out secrets it holds. The mystique of your Revan is maintained, and you gradually seem to humanize him bit by bit, hopefully eventually seeing under his mask - both physically and metaphorically.

I sincerely hope you continue this story, as it's unquestionably one of the better written in the KotOR fandom.

I've been reading a bunch of kotor fics lately and this is by far my favorite. On this chapter small criticism :

Revan's been more talkative here, sometimes you fell on using his dialogue as exposition which is a small flaw i thing (used a lot in professional media, but I don't think people really go and talk to themselves while surrounded, doing an exposition of their train of thought)

And I don't think he should/would have left the raider live, as he said, it will only cause pain on the long term. He probably should have done so for that AND to prove a point on Bastilla: He will do what's necessary, even if it goes against whatever the Jedi code is

I freaking love it. Small pet peeves (because I should be sleeping buuut fuck that)

A big part of Bastia was her adherence to the code and the council, she was much, much stubborn on that aspect every part of the way, so I feel it a bit rushed, the whole questioning the council so fast: even if she felt all the push towards whatever knowledge Revan could give her, she would probably be "the council knows better" for a big time

Also, Revan knowing that he can't take the entire academy and yet playing hide and seek is delicious :p

Bastia would probably not feel tempted so easily tho, besides that 10/10 excellent work!
