I absolutely adore this series! I love Percy’s encounters with Annabeth (Because in this series I for some reason hate Annabeth, even if I love her in the original book). I am so glad that you finished it, and look forward to more stories like this. This will forever be one of my favorite afflictions of all time, with its unique plot and amazing writing. Okay, so without Percy holding back all the time he doesn't seem like an inferior version of his canon self, and I can see where you were going with that, the frustration was intentional.

Aside from that I just wanted to point out that the twist you were going with iat the end of your son of Neptune story was actually really interesting, and I kinda wanted to see it play out. Just putting that out there.

So first off, good writing good story. I like what I've read, despite what I'm about to say.

The problem, the really frustrating problem, is that this Percy feels incredibly, disgustingly weak compared to his canon counterpart, and it makes me want to scream at you. It may have all kinds of reasons, but every time he gets his ass kicked and he nearly died here I can't help but think, yeah, canon Percy would have just done better, this one is inferior.
He may be better at all kinds of things, but those are things he refuses or is held back from using, and they aren't things which apply to the primary job of a demigod in this setting:kicking monster ass and talking shit.

Great story. The plot is thickening and I love it. Percy seems to be turning into a bit of a dictator here, and I would appreciate if he would not turn into a ruthless ruler and still show the qualities he had shown in the previous story too. Love the story. Keep writing.
