ELIZABETH! I’m so happy you connected your stories!

This is my third time reading this and I still love it! I am so sorry for your loss. I really would love to see how this story ends but I think we have enough pieces of the puzzle to work that out if you don't update. That said even if the next update is in 10 years time I will be happy!

This was a delightful chapter! I am so sorry about your loss. I lost my dad very unexpectedly in June of 2020 and I understand completely, and am grieving with you. We still haven’t had his funeral because of the pandemic. What a wonderful gift your dad had, being surrounded by so much love when his time came. Grieving is such a tricky and unpredictable process, and doing it amid a global pandemic is like pouring gasoline on a bonfire. Take your time and know that you have support from this little corner of the internet.

I’ve been a lurker on your stories for a while - years, probably, since you wrote Lizzy Darrow’s story - but I think this is the first review I’ve left.
Your stories have helped me through some tough times, and I wanted to say that my heart goes out to you during this holiday season. I hope that you and your family are doing well, and I hope that you continue to be inspired to write, and that it continues to give you comfort. Even if it is not this story (though for my own selfish sake, I do hope for more chapters!), I hope you are continuing to create, and through creating, continuing to inspire others.
I love this story, and I just finished re-reading Lizzy Darrow’s story, so I would like to say thank you for writing, and please never stop! You have a gift :)

I’ve been following your story for a few years now. It’s just wonderful and I go back and reread it sometimes. LOTR has always been my safe space and during this pandemic I’ve found myself retreating to middle earth on more than one occasion. I’m so sorry to hear about your father. I hope you’re doing alright.

About the story here...I came for a re-reading to find chapters that I haven't read before. All of them were marvelous. YOU are marvelous. Whenever or however -if ever- you continue this story, know that you have already accomplished something amazing. Every sentence you fill a blank page with is meaningful, admirable and certainly worthwhile. As a reader, I wouldn't trade even one single chapter in any of your stories. Thank you for writing and sharing them. I hope one day you can find a the familiar enthusiasm in writing again!

i remember reading your story "stirring the leaves" years ago and being absolutely in love with it. then i read this and i thought of your story and thought "huh i wonder how they are" AND THEN YOU MENTIONED ELIZABETH AND I SCREAMED Because i had not realized you were the author of this masterpiece as well!
