logically there is pretty much no reason for him reshape his body. after the first time, they should realize that it's probable better he gets discovered rather than be stuck in his human form and be weaker because of it

Kawarimi is broken. it's broken in the original and somehow you've made it more broken. I like this story but having the substitution being used like this is bad. if you do a rewrite I think you should have substitution be used very rarely if not at all. I mean... substitution with the bells? really... I can make sense of it if he at least made contact with the bells. but considering thats not what happened then it's just bad writing.

this isn't me trying to flaim or hate on the story. but when you consider how Kawarmi works, the way its being used kind of destroys a lot of combat... especially when used on others.
