man I'm out. in what universe r u having Harry say "stark raving envious!"

I'll be honest I was interested in this story real good but now I've just skipped most of the chapters by scrolling through them. You lost me, the plot and the point. Truly 15 chapters then harry finally likes daphne but the whole time he's with other girls and daphne with no one let's be real she would've had multiple guys asking her out. And honesty I thought it'd get better that's why I quick scrolled thru chapters but the story just got boring. Next time get to the point quicker. I'd have better luck reading a crappy harry x voldemort story at this point that this crap your spitting out.

Also, adding this onto my previous review after reading other reviews - holy shit I do not understand why everyone is so negative about a well written fic like this. I check out reviews on like everything lmao even ridiculous gross enemies to lovers (hplv ewww) to see what kind of people read them yes im terribly judgemental, but the reviews are all omg i love it when I count 10 grammatical errors in the first 10 paragraphs! (Im good at noticing just bad at typing its very weird) this is like top 5% and everyone's a bitchy asshole. I don't get it.

I adore that you put up an outline, I've never seen that before other than like a shitty two paragraphs summary coughhalflife3. Sucks you moved on but it's so much better than just ghosting 3

The amount of shit he takes from his parents without saying anything made me wanna quit. By the time i was 14 was already financially independent. I know not everyone can be like me but never in my life I have ever taken shit from anyone. Till now all i see is a fumbling teenager that takes shit and punches the wall in anger later.

The story is neither good nor bad(at least in the first 2 chapters). I know I've not read enough to criticize, but frankly, 2 chapters on this fic is 20k words. There are so many changes that it feels forced. Like, there was no need for Daphne to be 2 years older and have those weird Metamorphmagus eyes. You could have just written Harry to be 2 years older and leave it at that(Malfoy OC is forgiven).

Also, why are you not clarifying the relationship between Harry's parents and him? In these first 2 chapters instead of going through Harry's life, we had to read about the weird bs of Harry constantly defying his parents and Potters forgetting his birthday. Bruh you could have easily done better. Also the shouting match between Tom/Draco and James/Lucius was just very, very cliche.

I don't know how to rate this fic, at the one hand as I mentioned there were many mistakes but for a normal reader who just wants a good Haphne fic with Malfoy and WBWL slapped on it, I don't think they will have many problems reading this. So, if you are a detail-hungry and canon-compliant reader I don't think you will like this.

Wait, he was a chaser? I always thought that James was the seeker in cannon. Huh. I guess you learn something new every day. Loving the story by the way. It is a fabulous take on the "Wrong Boy Who Lived" idea. Going to go read the next chapter now. bye!

This was a great read. I’m sad it’s over even though I knew it was going to be when I started but I genuinely had a great time reading this (even if I wanted to strangle Harry any time he was with Kelly or Katie). I haven’t read any of your other works yet but if their quality is anything like this I look forward to binging all of them.

Not sure if you’re still writing at all but I wish you the best of luck with whatever you’re doing.
