Harry is coming of an pragmatic, powerful and keen to involve himself in resolving issues, just the way we like it. Can't wait for his meeting with the Fury and the rest of Avengers.
Liked the Kamar-Taj scene and your explanations for it.
Would just like to caution you that you don't try to incorporate too much. Even Marvel never brings all it's superheroes in one place. So endgame didn't have X-men or FF or other powers from Marvel stable. So probably, you should choose which comics you will merge in your story and then proceed from there.

I really am curious as to how Harry will reveal himself in your story. The most logical at this point in time would be Harry following Steve to Germany and helping subdue Loki.

He should pick it up and be able to use it in front of Loki and Thor during the invasion. I imagine if the marvel universe was real the looks on their faces would be hilarious. Especially if he just politely hands it back to Thor with a “you dropped this.”

Innovative way to tie in both the worlds

In dr strange they don’t and can’t use magic. The harness dimensional energy from other dimensions and programme it to take shape and effect in the earth dimension. It’s something anyone and everyone can learn or be taught to do and thus can’t be done accidentally as it’s not a talent or ability it is a skill.
Real magic is an ability that few are born with and only those few can use/practice is they are magical by nature and so can do things without having to learn or be taught just by wanting it strongly enough in some cases. Magic also has less limitations, it doesn’t follow and scientific rules is not based in physics and so does not need clever programming to make it work its power pure and simple the more one has the more they can achieve with it for good or bad.
