To the actual irl villain Harry is warming up to Tam and he wouldn't want to get rid of her soul, especially not nearly as badly as to rape someone, and he doesn't seem the type to consider rape an option, but idk, he might do it for fun lmao things change. Also raping would not fix someones literal broken soul, which was originally caused by her depressive state while the soul fuckery happened.

To respond to the "fucking hell" guy, Hermione was mad annoying and getting on our nerves so she deserved having her mine read - its not really even that villainous to read someones mind even if its for something minor, they should have lobotomised her given how she's probably going to be a future enemy and annoyance.

You've definitely wasted the "one little potential rape is worse than all the torture and killing I've commited" Tamelyn plot. I can easily see two good uses for it. First one being that it's not completely true and Tam just has to kill from time to time due to the horcrux in Harry being corrupted by using dark magic for decades.
The second option would have Harry use that weakness. He'd have to get amazing at occlumency first to hide his plan, and legilimency to execute it, then in the climax of the story he's rape Ginny (which would have a small chance of fixing her mind since she's all fucked up in the head and sees Harry as her hero), while simultaneously at first stopping Tam from taking control of his body, then using the shock of what she's witnessing to isolate her soul and destroy it.

Oh yay the redundant mundane versus magical argument who's more threatening to the other Harry and Hermione are both right and wrong at the end of the day the real threat in terms of that argument is whoever is willing to cross the line. technology or Magic they're both different forms of power and if used destructively can become weapons of mass destruction... beliefs, religion, power and so on there are a lot of reasons in which people can become a threat to one another and they want to argue about... what... the small semantics, if it bites them both in the butt that would be something to be smug about...
