Eevee are amazing and with so many potential evolutions it's impossible to have something they wouldn't want like. 4 unrelated eevee eggs is what I'd give them if I was Velda. That girl would easily be able to get some of those, Volkner's jolteon probably has eevee babies back in the grove in sinnoh so it's not like he'd be inexperienced with the species.
