Reviews for The Party Next Door |

![]() ![]() ![]() Good job writing this. It does sound like it's being told from Hamfast Gamgee's point of view. _ |
![]() ![]() I'm willing to bet those thick clothes I wear on my pitifully un-furred feet that this is the Old Gaffer Gamgee musing about his neighbour, "just tending to the garden" much the same way as his son would do later. Not to be nosy, of course, now that wouldn't be a hobbity thing to do at all, would it? Very enjoyable! |
![]() ![]() Better late than never, I guess. I liked the gossipy atmosphere. Somehow this feels very hobbity to me. IMHO, this is well placed among the finalists. |
![]() ![]() ![]() *snicker* Lovely, my dear. Just lovely! What do those important people know anyway? hehehehe... |
![]() ![]() ![]() Wow! This was amazing. Great job. That scene from The Hobbit I always thought quite funny. And you told it from a great point-of-view. I really enjoyed this. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Very good. |
![]() ![]() ![]() This is such a delight! What a refreshing view of The Unexpected Party. And oh, "that hat and those strange clothes he wears on his feet." Love it. Really well done! |
![]() ![]() Let me guess - The Gaffer? Whoever it was, your vignette was very nicely done! I hope you'll do more of these... |
