InvisibleGlass chapter 1 . 11/3/2012
I love this! It's so what probably happended after the story ended. This finally prooves that Johnny was made weird for a reason!
Tylwyth Teg chapter 1 . 7/2/2010
The Johnny stories are some of my favourites and I've never thought anyone could write them well other than Terry Pratchett, so congratulations on proving me completely wrong! I love the meeting between Johnny and Adam, especially since it actually works since their books are set around the same time. Very brilliant story and you had the characters perfect!
Lili of Flame chapter 1 . 6/30/2010
This is something that totally would have happened to Johnny. And I think they live in the same time frame. This is what logically happens, and Johnny finally can't hope to escape his fate.
Shivera chapter 1 . 4/11/2010
Ah, that's sweet. And Johnny finaly knows what he is. Good stuff.
Azamiko chapter 1 . 11/24/2008
XD Great!
cinnamonprincesss chapter 1 . 6/24/2008
You don't find many Johnny Maxwell stories out there, especially not ones that are written perfectly in character. Are you sure you aren't Terry Pratchett in disguise?

O'course, I can't comment on the crossover, having never read Good Omens. But I can say your Johnny Maxwell was absolutely spot on. This is a fave from me.
Mollyscribbles chapter 1 . 2/12/2008
I went looking for Johnny Maxwell fic, and was pleasantly surprised to find this gem. Awesomely done, perfect crossover, and beautiful description of water-walking!
Qem chapter 1 . 10/16/2005
ROTFLOL. Poor Johnny, everything happens to him. _
Ariana Deralte chapter 1 . 8/27/2005
Brilliant. Utterly brilliant. You made me remember the fun of reading the Johnny series and the craziness of Good Omens. It was fantastic and fated that these two should meet. Cheers!

ps. recced this on my fic recommendations journal - lj userficrecs
Haein chapter 1 . 5/22/2005
Hey, this is the first Johnny Maxwell fanfic I've EVER read, and it's GOOD, too... What are the odds?
Roach Patrol chapter 1 . 3/26/2005
Hm. This is goiong to be tricky to phrase properly, but bear with me.

Mail. You know mail? And sometimes mail gets mailed to the wrong person because they've changed adresses, so it's the right mail for the right house but a different person lives there now? The mail is this story. It should exist, and now it does exist. I think that it would somehow exist no matter who it had to use, because it's so incredibly Right. The house, in this case, would be the...mind-frame-thingy that Pratchett used to create the worlds of Jhonny and Adam, but he moved to the Discworld's adress before this final story could get mailed. You moved in, you got the mail. Crappy timeing, because this should be printed and published and given a book -or at least pages in an anthology or something- but at least it was delivered.

I seriously, seriously hope this isn't insulting in any way, shape or form or your money back, guaranteed, with a side order of tearfull groveling.
Jaelle chapter 1 . 4/22/2004
Oh yes! So very very perfect, those two would get on well. In a truly terrifying way mind you, but I suppose they can't help it.
Thank you, you're so right, the world needs more Johnny fanfic!
Parke Matru chapter 1 . 2/12/2004
*sighs in happiness* Not only is it a Johnny Maxwell fic(amazing, considering the odd lack of a defined fan base) but it's a GOOD Johnny Maxwell fanfic. I wish to read more, this is just a great start, in my opinion.
*grumbles that PTerry stopped after just three books*
Pimpelipom chapter 1 . 1/31/2004
Oh! (or Ok!...) Great, great, great: the Holy Trinity of this fic. Absolutely, absolutely, absolutely.
Sorry. Only, I think a fic, which achieves this kind of similarity to Pratchett's style, deserves as twisted a review as the style itself is... So. I love this.
One minor point, though. It doesn't matter in any way, I merely feel the need to get it out of my system:
"Really, Johnny, you should have given up these - fits by now," said Yo-less severely. "They sent you for counselling sessions and everything. You were certified not mental by three separate psychiatrists."
That would be 'psychologists'. Psychiatrists come into the picture when you already _have_ been declared mental. There is quite a large difference, and I think Yo-less, being the nerdy son of a nurse that he is, would know that.
Cheers, Lalage
