This story looks amazing but really? A Mawile? It doesn't even have an evolution! What type of starter is that? A starter is supposed to grow with the trainer, not stay the way they are the whole journey. It's not like you went the Anime Ash way in Legend with having his starter not evolve the full story, no, this starter can't even evolve! I admit I am really hyped for this, since you guys writing is amazing, but I'm not gonna lie here, this starter really disappointed me :(

I guess we'll just have to see where do you take this, and since it's in the Horror genre then maybe some Pokemon of Red will actually die, which could give you both favouritism or hate, you know how readers are in this site haha

I like it... but honestly I don't see any real relation to Legend, a fic which I absolutely LOVE. Can't we have both please?

Small mistake, probably because of Legend...where Red compares Mia to the other Psychic Pokémon during the intro piece with professor Oak, he states that his mom has a Kadabra. However, from that point on it is an Alakazam. He calls it Kaz etc.

uh, its an interesting story seems like he'll have a bit more normal background than the Ash in legend, which I don't like as it'll make him getting all the future cool stuff for free weird. Also, it said that he wasn't a good improviser, I know this is fanfiction but still this was one of the key features of both Red and Ash.

I don't really know how to feel about this one. I liked Legend, even if it felt like in the last few chapters it was spinning its wheels, overall the content was good and I could feel the characters progressing. This one is all spin, at least this chapter. Backstory is important, and maybe it's just me, but this felt a little aimless.

I'm definitely looking forward to more of this, because your stories tend to be enjoyable. That being said, this is only tangentially tied to Legend in that they have the same opening - I don't really get the same feeling from it at all. Ash has a hole inside of himself that he's trying to fill that this Red completely lacks. It was interesting because of that, and I'd like to see Legend continue because it has a different tone that I personally enjoy, even if the worldbuilding is a little lax. (Plus Cynthia. But my ships aren't my major reason to like/hate a story, and that may even be included here for all I know.)

All that aside, as I said, I look forward to what you write next.
