As I’ve mentioned before, I usually try to save my thoughts for one single review at the end of a story. My little rule is to write about the fanfic as a whole rather than commenting on individual chapters. But let me tell you, it’s not easy to stick to that policy when there are so many amazing moments catching my attention. Just a few chapters ago, the way Thomas handled Akane was hilarious and absolutely brilliant! This fic is packed with fantastic little gems I want to gush about, but I hold back for the sake of my rule.

Well, you’ve done it. You broke me with your incredible storytelling and characterization. For the first time, I broke my rule twice in the same story, but can you blame me? The buildup, the drama, the conflicts, the denial, the kiss... it’s all so flawlessly done! Honestly, there are novels out there that wish they had romance of this caliber. I’m so glad I gave this story a shot.

I rarely comment before the end of a story, but setting up Kaoru to be "like Father, like Son" and crush hard on Ranko made me laugh like a mad man. I have to say I was a bit weirded out at the premise, but this has been such a fun story so far. And Nabiki seems to be paying back all her karma with interest lol

I think it made me realize that there must be many stories about Ranma and Nabiki, but I can't find them because they don't have the Ranma and Nabiki label, I loved this story, almost 20 years later, the author of this did it excellent, it's a shame That it left me with a bit of a bittersweet feeling, since I would have liked an epilogue of both of them consummating their marriage or something, but anyway, I suffered a lot reading this

Wow, a great story, and I identified with her, since I lived a similar situation, maybe that's why I got hooked with the plot ... Unfortunately my situation did not end as I had wished ...

Utterly divine story! In both the Ranma/Nabiki romance, which is one of my favorites, to the unique transfer of roles of Nabiki being a gorgeous fully adult woman and Ranma the arrogant youth. I truly enjoyed it, and am going to read yet more of your stories!

...though I really want to read the lemon sections now. As satisfying as the post moments were romantically, something is just powerful about the payoff in the sexual contact between such two powerful loves.

Wow. What the fuck. THis is... brave. Brazen. Unique premise. I'm... tentatively interested? A 16 year old with a woman 21 years older than him though.. Hmmm. Not sure how I feel about this. But. Originality is there for sure, and not badly written so far I must say.

Well, i did read it from start to finish. While the idea is pretty interesting, the story itself, the characterisations, the setting, and the pacing are all terrible. The text is also riddled with typos and awkward phrasing that makes me think that English is not your primary language, but since you don't mention, it's hard to tell if it because you're writing in a second or third language or you just don't know how to write. While I was prepared to give the characterisations a lot of leeway due to the premise of the story, they were so completely out of whack that they were hard to accept at all with the exception of Happosai. The setting suffered extensively from the intrusion of definitively United Statian notions about sexuality, religion, legal processes, and other things. It also suffers from minor details like the availability of items (wine, chocolate, vehicles), the date (Ranma 1/2 is starts in 1987 and ends in 1988), and so on. This entire story takes place over the course of about four months, whereas the original story took a most of a year to canon couple to admit openly that they could stand each other, never mind maybe actually like each other. The execution of what is still a pretty neat idea is very poor due to these factors.

man it feels good to read this again its been almost ten years since i read it this was the first story of yours that i read and i only recently read a few of your other fanfiction. This was the first fanfiction that i read that paired nabiki and ranma and i feel if ranma was to marry a women nabiki would be one of the better pairings the only other women in ranmas life would need to go though allot of changes before they would be a match its why i think nabiki the best match because i think she would need to go though the least amount of change to have a healthy and happy relationship

This has to be the sickest fic I've seen. I can't continue. Imagine being stuck engaged to a woman 20 years older than you, especially as a teenager. It's just too gross to continue reading. Seriously, who would want to marry an old lady?

Amazing story and nice multi ending!

I love this story so much. It's brought tears to my eyes of happiness at their dawning (and later fully fledged.) love for one another, as well as tears of sadness at their setbacks. Not to mention tears of envy and longing for the love that they share. This fic had me hooked from the start, and has earned its place at the top of my favorite Ranma fics. If I wasn't already a diehard Ranma/Nabiki shipper, I would have been after reading this story. The only fault I found in it was the slew of typos and misspellings throughout, but I'm more than willing to put up with them for such a wonderful read.

I suspect that I had thus far overlooked this fic because it's not Ranma and Akane, which I used to read pretty much exclusively. However, time and a dearth of good (unread) R/A fics have forced me to expand my horizons somewhat. I happened upon a link to "Older" in someone or other's list of best Ranma fics, and was intrigued by the premise.
After the first chapter or so, I was enjoying it so much I couldn't believe I hadn't stumbled on it before; after checking the author, I was even more surprised... since you're one of the few authors whose name I recognize on sight. Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for writing (and finishing!) this fic, as it is one of only a few I've truly enjoyed in the last few years.
My only real disappointment was that I was really looking forward to reading Ranma and Nabiki's reunion following the fight with Akane, and you kept skipping past it. Ah well... it's enough.
Thank you again for this fic. It made me feel things no story has made me feel in years, and it really took me back. I don't know if you'll read this, but if you do I hope that you're still writing. Either way, thank you.
