Being interspecies-oriented, Nick held ZERO interest in his sister's friends; and, at most, probably felt irked and annoyed whenever they showed attraction to him. Whenever they tried flirting with him, I bet he would give them neutral answers or even (at most) ignore them flat out. Also, it sounds like Loralee has had a BIG crush on Nick for years; but always had a near impossible time getting his attention. That whenever she tried getting him turned on to her she'd always get interrupted by circumstances beyond her control (like work or other fox tods crushing on her). |
