Very well written story so far, i’m loving the savage dismantling of the Russian Mafia group, especially when she lobotomised the deathless guy lmao. I was sleeping on your fics, probably due to the times when I read your earlier stories, but it looks like you’ve improved.

This is just my kind of story, and its reasonable with the MC having some setbacks and not steamrolling everyone(yet).

Why is Miss Militia being such a bitch? Seriously, who goes to someone's house to break the news that their daughter has undergone an extremely traumatic event and might also be sent to an asylum but refuses to answer any questions and steals a drink from their house right in front of them after 2 days of not being allowed to see her with no explanation?

It honestly felt like she was purposefully riling him up.

The finale was pretty good. I liked Eidolon taking control of the endbringers and how Taylor was able to coordinate everyone. Very flashy and fun.

Not going to lie, I hated this chapter. Skimming the whole time. Sucks to see our hero go through a trial and everything. Prospects for next chapter don't look great either.

The casualness of how Justin Bieber being cannibalized by a rogue cape is mentioned is hilarious and does a great job making the world feel "lived in"... I just love it.

A truly Wonderful story, I only wish reading it hadn't drudged up so much of my own negativity. 5 AM my brain won't shut the fuck up whenever I try to lay down, and unless I distract myself all I feel is sadness. Still, a wonderful story that quite accurately captures much of Worm's natural bleakness. At least typing this out is helping keep the feeling back. Funnily enough I actually started in on your sequel to this before I read this. I'm hopeful continuing it improves my mood.
