![]() ![]() ![]() Haha! Good rant. I agree with most except Nagini being a horcrux. I think Dumbles was sure of it only because Harry "was the snake that bit Mr Weasley in the DoM". Mind you, I'm going on my memory here. I can't remember if he actually told this to Dumbles or not. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Thank you for using "X and me" and "X and I" correctly. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Com certeza foi uma história muito interessante. |
![]() ![]() ![]() good |
![]() ![]() ![]() I realize you wrote this story quite a while ago, but I thought I'd respond to your question. Harry is only a hero to people too weak or frightened to act. Being "raised" by Petunia and Vernon has skewed his view of his own self-worth and given him an almost unrealistic desire for fairness. (After all, fairness was practically non-existent in Number 4, Privet Drive.) One really good thing his early years taught Harry is the value of problem-solving, and a problem-solver is exactly what Harry is. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I have to review in this chapter instead of the final one as apparently I have reviewed previously. (This was a re-read). It doesn't take 3 minutes to tell you how great your stories are! I dont care which direction you take your stories, they are always well written, detailed and interesting. Thank you for spending your spare time entertaining me in mine. P.S. I think this is the 3rd time I've read this story. |
![]() ![]() ![]() As someone who has watched my wife try to do a masters while married with kids, this definitely portrays the difficulties and stress of a masters program, irregardless of life situation. Hers is in Psychology, so slightly less bonkers, but much of it is similar. I laugh at the pistol idea being too much for people. The number of enjoyable stories where a firearm shocks the Wizarding world and solves a lot of issues is high, and I personally enjoy them. But to each their own. |
![]() ![]() I loved the "pocket lent" comment. It applies to way too many stories on this site. :-) |
![]() ![]() ![]() lovely story :) I like harry as a healer - very interesting new ideas |
![]() ![]() ![]() Fantastic story, great character development. Enjoyed reading this! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Excellent story! In answer to your question Harry was a hero before he ever set foot in that graveyard. He was prepared by Sirius to defend himself if he was kidnapped, but the last thing he wanted was for all of Voldemort's followers to show up. He was intentionally groomed by Dumbledore to be a child soldier, though Dumbledore would have condemned him for killing, which makes him even more detestable. He was a hero in how he took up the task of destroying the horcruxes. |
![]() ![]() ![]() You wonderful word smith, this was a delight to read. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Fantastic |
![]() ![]() ![]() I won't lie. This fic has been in my to be read pile for many years. After finishing it, I regret that I let it sit there so long. Beautifully written with a rare or maybe rather never seen concept. I really like Healer Harry. I always thought that and defence professor were more likely for him than auror and it was a joy to read and see how you made that happen. Once more beautifully written and truly a pleasure to read |
![]() ![]() Dumbledore thinks Nagini is a horcrux because harry sees through her eyes when she attacks arthur, and that means he shares the same connection with her that he shares with voldemort |
