Ok honestly this story is really good but suggestion have izuku get some guy friends because he does need it.
And another suggestion izuku honestly letting out all of his pent up anger that he suffered through out the years he suffered under katsuki's bullying at said explosive user who will honestly not expect such anger from the formerly meek boy.
Along with said new league member getting some help in terms of a psychiatrist in the league because I'm pretty sure izuku probably has mental trauma just due to the years of bullying, and if the psychiatrist asks about bakugo, then after learning much he/she says. "Kid that's not a friend, thats a bully. What kind of friend is he that bullies you or any other person all because one does not have a super power, so end your friendship with him kid and stand up for yourself."
Hell have his new league friends say this about katsuki as well because it's not healthy really.
And if katsuki attempts to assault izuku have his new friends help izuku out because that's what friends are for.

Also please dont have izuku get one for all because he literally is training under few of the most skilled non powered heroes who can and will give super powered heroes and villains a very tough fight.

Also if izuku is going to be in a relationship please have it be realistic and start slow have him and any gals in the pairing start off as friends, then overtime like a year at least of friendzone have him ask one of them out on a date. This goes for the other gals too DC or not.

Another question is will we see any conflict between the league and the pro heroes just due to the majority of pro heroes are in it for the fame and glory and what not while the justice league is doing the right thing.
If so please have endeavor the number 2 hero who is an asshole get absolutely destroyed by batman who uses his gadgets and what not to whoop endeavor's ass.
Or another option is aquaman just because if he learns that endeavor abuses his family just because he wants to create the hero to surpass all might. And since aquaman in the early 2000 justice league is a father I can see him giving endeavor a piece of his mind as that man is a disgrace to the name of heroes and fathers.

Also another question is when is this taking place in the justice league part of the xover.
I know it's in unlimited or not but suggestion can you have long shadow from project cadmus be one of izuku's guy friends, and also like a big brother to izuku, and also perhaps wonder woman's adopted son because I'm sure as hell remember that long shadow looks up to wonder woman, and wonder woman is perhaps fond of him in a maternal way or not but I'm leaning towards the former.
If so please because since long shadow's and the ultimaen's cellular matrix isnt holding together it will be a matter of time whether months or days till they pass away. This so long shadow if he does die have very memorable end of his life and pass on with a smile on his face after having such amazing people as his friends and family.
This can also be a lesson for izuku so to speak on what losing a loved one is like if they pass away due to natural causes.
Or if you decided to change long shadow where there is a cure to help his cellular matrix then good. You can pick of whichever you think is best.

Another is of introducing izuku to any of the pets the justice league may have such as krypto the super dog also superman's dog and other pets.. Because dogs mainly help those with social awkwardness which is what izuku is being socially awkward due to the bullying plus...the boy needs some doggo love you cannot deny that.

That is all I have at the top of my head in terms of questions and suggestions.

A interesting take on such a crossover and I do wonder how the Metagene/Quirk Factor is being used in this setting.

I can see it being more along the lines of 60-70% by the time Izuku has joined the League to be a bit more realistic with 65% being tops. But closer to 50% would be a bit more realistic since the Justice League has quite a few members that are either Supernatural or Science based then just being Metahumans.

If anything though I do agree that the whole focus of Quirks being what makes a hero is complete bullshit. Green Arrow, Gear, Batman, Tony Stark, Punisher, and many others don't have super powers. And if they do it is just enhanced intelligence. But they still train and use technology to help them fight the good fight.

And some of the best villains are similar as well. Lex Luthor is super intelligent, Brainiac is a AI, Joker is batshit insane, Deathstroke is the ultimate soldier that got augmented, and Doom mastered both Science and Magic.

Both sides developed into heroes through training and I hope to see this Izuku do the same as well. After all, how good is through fireballs around if you get sniped from the shadows with a knockout gas arrow or a taser one? Show the world that Quirks aren't everything by making this Izuku a beloved hero that outshines even All Might through training alone.

That and maybe have him go to UA as a special project to study the future heroes while having to teach them a few things about not relying on Quirks. I swear that training camp arc pissed me off since they focused on developing their Quirks alone instead of their problem areas. Like Bakugo's personality, their limited combat capabilities, and even other useful things. It focused to much on Quirks and not enough on their other traits. Something this Izuku won't be, a improperly balanced hero. After all, Batman can beat Superman despite being physically inferior.

And don't forget Static and Gear into the mess. Help him learn about what it is like being around teens beyond just the females to help him get more socially developed. Guy needs more bro's to back him up after all.

this is a good story. very amusing at times and has a lot of potential. I also like how you mix the two super heroes worlds together without it seeming force. if I can criticize one thing it is how easily All Might mentioned the villain All for One when he first talks to Izuku, though I can slightly understand the formal with him official in jail. since J'onn is a member of the league and is implied to already know of One for All, I can also understand him revealing that secret. but other then that I think this is something I can look forward to reading.

This is quickly becoming one of my favourites from you and overall, keep up the excellence!

interesting merging of the MHA and DC {JL/JLU in this case} universe though I wonder what the metahuman 'quirk' percent to normal human ratio is on the earth in this crossover, because I still think that the MHA's 'quirk's' are from a out of control bio-weapon or retro-virus because if it was natural it would've been more regional and constant {like people living in deserts have naturally darker skin or in places like England that's famous for being overcast/rainy being naturally pale} it would not be different in every single person

Social training by having Izuku surrounded by super heroines in his age range? WTF?

Oh no! Batman's training will be hellish for Izuku.

Japan's majority may not know what a true hero, as their insistence on having a quirk to be one obvious enough, but the Justice League knows better. Batman is living proof that anyone can become a hero. Katsuki got schooled big time by J'onn J'onzz.
