I love this chapter. Stannis is forging a connection with Bran like he wished he had with his own father. Parental Stannis is actually really freaking amazing.

A son of a stark speaking referencing to the seven hells is enough for me to skip this story. If the author can't bother to get the culture right, I don't think he'll bother much in accuracy all over the fic.

Starks do not worship the seven. Only catelyn and perhaps sansa

It is somewhat amusing when you remember that in modern history book burnings were done by the nazis or religious zealots and Baelor the Septon burned books that really only the Faith would condone. Can you imagine the crap he'd have to deal with if he demanded the Citadel follow suit to the letter?

You're a good writer, I just realised that when Summer died, it was a metaphor for Bran no longer being a true Stark. A transition to him becoming Stannis's son.
