The scene between Byleth and Dimitri was one of my favorites in the story so far. This version of Byleth in particular would understand Dimitri’s pain better than basically anyone, and would understand how important it is to temper Dimitri’s rage

Isn't the Death Knight a lieutenant of the "Flame Emperor" and not Thales? There was a whole scene where they granted the DK. "Use him however you please."

Anyway, I see you're starting to implement Ashen Wolves story into this as a "new factor". Looking forward to what you do with it, though there will always be the question of "what changed"? Why had this never happened before? and so on.

I suspect the second person is frowned upon thanks to an overabundance of reader/[insert character here] sex stories.
