This story is cool but I hate how he has no quirk I think he should have one I would love for him to find out a out overhaul Knock him out and have sensei steal he's quirk and give it to Izuku plus he ends up saving eri I do hope izuku becomes a man and pops he's murder cherry

even better, izuku could play the Arkham games (especially Arkham City and Arkham Knight particularly), and if he's smart enough, design and make the armor some of the gadgets for himself. and he could make armor like azrael for a second throwaway persona to run missions he doesn't want connected to the group. and he could call himself the Deku Knight. knight of the useless. knight of the forgotten extras. take what was a scaring insult, and make it his own like batman did with inhabiting the thing he overcame. fear i.e. bats. in the same manner, izuku can overcome the idea of being a useless person, and call himself the Deku Knight. and it's even a slap to the face for every hero he outruns, outthinks, outmaneuveres, or just plain beats, that they are beat by a useless person, which gets even more painful when they find out that he's quirkless.
personally i hope you use his 'death' as haunting bakugo, a terrible secret that drives him to try to become a real hero. maybe bakugo felt broken when he realized he killed someone. that he was a villain by his own understanding of the word. and that terrible realization could break his worldview, shatter the ego being nurtured by a society that glorifies the powerful, make him need to repent. to be the hero the boy he killed never got the chance to be because of him. it would be an original take on a character that most authors do nothing but bash into ever more extreme caricatures. and if you do that, and bakugo tries to reform and repent by truly trying to be a hero like all might, you can eventually do a big reveal where the reformed and heroic bakugo realizes that one of the most feared villains (I'm assuming izuku will be that eventually) was born from his own self-hated past actions. it would be an interesting character arc, even if it's in the background of the main plot.
As a further note, I just remembered that in the Arkham Knight game, and i think Arkham City as well, you can use the Batman Beyond skin, which lookes awesome, and has the bonus of the much sleeker cape deploying and disappearing on command, allowing for use for gliding (flight if you izuku adds propulsion to the boots) and eliminating the negatives of a cape in combat. If you haven't played Arkham City or Arkham Knight, I seriously recommend you do some youtube research, as I think they'll be excellent inspiration for building Izuku's look, personality, skillset, armor, and gadgets.
This is of course, all thoughts I've based on me inferring that you intend to go a lethal Batman-esque route from that hint you dropped earlier. and if you meant to follow a different path, maybe i can sway you to this one.

sounds like a batman build. personally I'd like to see something between the Arkham games batman and Netflix's Punisher. Which i guess would be a less emotional, more efficient Arkham Knight. Imagine the Arkham Knight with Batman's intelligence, tenacity, and self-discipline. The Arkham Knight had an awesome look, and if he had Batman's mentality and demeaner minus the no-killing thing, he'd have been a terrifying opponent. that's my hope for where this goes. but whatever you choose, i advise you take that most succinct of characters Edna Mode's sagely wisdomNO CAPES!". i feel like in quirk society having a massive flapping fabric around your neck is just a massive target. design some hoverboots and stabalizers and you still get the flight minus the sheet constantly impeding real battle movements. seriously, imagine ufc fighters with a cape. think that isnt something your opponent can use against you pretty easy?

Super hilarious. I'm loving it. And thus he encounters the adorable blood sucker. She was always an interesting character as her quirk had more to it than simply changing to look like others. Quite obvious that the blood she intakes gives her massive boosts to her basic parameters, which are already greatly boosted by the base level of her quirk. Essentially Vampire without the undead bit. Though, I wouldn't be surprised if she had that facet to it. Would be interesting if there was a blood resurrection, essentially she's immortal lolz.

The feels bro. Its hardcore. And Tomura is showing his garbage side. Wonderful. Not uncommon though. That character is rather insane. I mean killing your whole family the moment your quirk manifests is rough.

This slow growth of their organization is going to be so cool. A true mafia story. Or super powered Yakuza haha.

What a marvelous beginning. I hope he starts connecting with Tomura. The guy is very capable of being immensely powerful and could use a more stable mind to cope.

Oh my goodness. I hope he goes straight up batman or Joker, but not so insane that he can't think. OOO Lelouch would be an excellent path. Perhaps a combination of the most dangerous intelligent villains of all time? Joker, Luther, Lelouch Vi Brittania (Technically a vallain lol), Dr. Doom. That last one would be beyond scary. Magneto was also hyper intelligent with an absurd power. And evil Tony Stark? Lol. Nanomachines devour the world looool.

One For All. Such an interesting back story to it. And yet, what once was a man on a mission to help, one betrayal later, is a man on a mission to break and destroy. Its sad really. But the man is ever the revolutionary, and should he win, well that revolution will see him a hero won't it.

Has a lot of potential. I'm curious if he will get a quirk or if like your other story he will cause mayhem death and destruction via simply his intellect, and the various powers he can gain with it. Considering the other story uses marvel as a basis, the various power serums like goblin, spider, super soldier, extremis, hulk etc are all viable options and when mixed might be rather insane. Probably too high a power scale for such a puny world.
