This is so unique, a great storyline with a new perspective. Personally loved the Caro set down!
I might have missed a chapter where it was revealed that G is actually Darcy’s sister, but personally I think it could be a more dramatic reveal that what it is being hinted at.

Alright, I really enjoy your writing and have been going through your library. and I get so immersed into the stories that I'll forget how I even came across the story (even after seeking them out) and then I see the word "lunkhead" and just laugh like "oh yeah, that's the author I'm reading, I forgot"

A very anxiety filled work. It is hard for us to imagine the draconian laws of the period. For an innocent woman, to have put herself in that sort of peril, to have actually killed a man, when her entire world says, "Do Not Kill", except for war or people of different beliefs or skin color, of if you are a gentleman in a permited duel... I agree with your diagnosis of PTSD. She must have been terrified!

I did like the Liza & Lina parts also. I like that nice, smart Caroline, you should do something else with her. How about a "Liza and Lina mystery?
