Giving her a leadership position sounds like a way to incentive her to develop a higher independence and self esteem, having too high an opinion of Naruto could very easily lead into an inferiority complex and be a serious problem.

Surprised Ozpin didn't use that reasoning in the meeting at the office end, sounds like something he'd say considering it's very similar to his whole point about not making Weiss the leader in canon, and more importantly, it's exactly the same thing he did with Jaune.

AN3 Because the more you change him the less 'Naruto' he becomes, there's literally nothing left of the original Naruto anymore besides his first name, he's just an OC at this point.

You seem to write 'eb' more often than 'be' in this and other novels of yours, such novice errors would easily be corrected with a simple spellchecking program so it seems rather lazy.
