About his semblance he could have aura manipulation to recreate clones, rasengan and elemental techniques and possibly make a sage mode spinoff, since he’s a close range ninja you could give him twin blades dust gun combo or a cloved gauntlet with dust revolver/blasters and hidden blades.

I like the idea and while i hope he gets Aura , I honestly hope nis Sembalance is something like "Remnant " Which would allow him to use chakra , Ozpin or Salem would most likely just assume it was named as a called back to the time of Magic , but for nartuo it would the the last embers of his old world and life. As for weapons Honestly a Gun blade would be simple and effective , giving it a revolver like chamber similar to Wiess's weapon that allows the weapon to either fire out blast or coat its blade in the elemental dust would give his attacks a kick. That and it would keep him in his normal fighting range Close - Mid range Naruto has never been a sniper and honestly his sister has that covered ( PS : THAT GOD RUBY IS IN IT _)

PPS : Everyone always ask's that damn lamp how to destory salem , why has no one asked how to save her ... T_T
