I was reading the notes for this chapter, and I remembered one moment from the previous chapters that seemed strange to me. It concerns McGonagall's letter with information on how to get to Diagon Alley, information about Gringotts and the key to Harry's vault. So the question is: does Salazar know the concept of what a bank is? Did this term even exist during his lifetime? I am sure that neither the modern nor any concept of banking existed then, and it seems to me that Salazar, when informed that he has a safe in the bank, should have responded something like this: “I beg your pardon, I have WHAT and WHERE? I both love and hate how political this fic is, and how slow moving it is as well. I was hoping wed atleast be at second year by the end of this but im starting to doubt it, in fact, i wouldnt be surprised if it isnt even summer by the end.
