You made Gehrman very likable. "I'm old and just don't give a shit anymore" immediately followed by "Glenda looks stressed and tired. I'll make things easier for her". Gazing wistfully at Summer and Tiang's relationship. The old blood-covered hunter awkwardly patting the kids' heads then retreating from the room.

Really sets him up a decent guy who has been socially isolated for a loooong time.

Wait until they seem him fight though...
