Give enchanted clothing with obvious Celtic Runes(which he shouldn’t even be able to do because Reinforcement, Gradiation Air, Structural Analysis, Alteration, and Tracing are the only things he can do, and even if he spent his whole life learning those runes they sure as hell wouldn’t he high-quality!) to the person that has an Assassin/Tutor monitoring them 24/7. That’ll totally work out well.

Man, Shirou only has Storm and Sun? That’s depressing. Storm feels weird too. Sun kind of fits, but it feels boring just giving him Storm and Sun. Though, it was said that those were the ones high-quality enough to be apparent. Hopefully, there will be more in store. Heck, Shirou might’ve even done something to suppress his other flames so other people couldn’t sense them like he could, kind of like how he recreated the rings…

About the lightning thing, why not just give him multiple Flame types?

I don't think it's more specifically the excessive amount of mana, but rather Gaia's influence on magecraft. I think it's stated that one of the reasons for the decline of magecraft is Gaia's influence. So, in a world more abundant with magic- and theoretically WITHOUT Gaia Shiro's magecraft should get stronger since not only does his magecraft not degrade, but he isn't required to constantly pump his creations full of od to keep the world from rejecting them. Meaning he himself has more od to work with, and can thus do more where he would be a bit more limited in a world where Gaia's influence is strong.
